Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists conduct that is not allowed on the Nucra platform. It forms part of the Terms of Use; breach may lead to suspension or termination.

You must not

• use the platform unlawfully or for any fraudulent, deceptive or misleading purpose; • upload content or personal data you have no right to share, or that infringes third-party rights; • post false, inaccurate or misleading information about cargo, vehicles, prices, licences or your identity; • impersonate another person or organisation, or use an account you are not authorised to use; • attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of the platform or other tenants’ data; • interfere with, overload or disrupt the service, or use automated means to scrape data beyond what your subscription permits; • reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except as permitted by law or your order; • use the platform to transmit malware, or to carry out unlawful transport, customs, tax or labour practices.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove offending content, and suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the competent authorities. Report abuse to info@samjake.uk.
