A load counts in the month it is created. If freight moves from one truck to another (a cross-dock or a transload), each truck’s leg is a load. Canceled and deleted loads do not count.

The rules, in plain words
- Try Nucra free for 14 days — no card, on plan S: up to 150 loads, 200 AI document reads and live tracking of one truck at a time.
- After the trial you still see and download everything you entered. For new loads, invoices, trucks and tracking, choose a plan.
- A limit never stops a paying company: you see “This month: 120 of 150 loads”, at 80% we let you know, and above the limit we suggest the next plan (on L: write to us). No automatic charge, no overage fee.
- Pay monthly, or for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance. Every term renews for the same term until you switch renewal off — the term you paid for still runs to its end.
- Move up a plan at any time: it starts right away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the term. Moving down takes effect when the paid term ends.
- People, not bots: write to support@nucra.io and a person replies.
- E-mail campaigns to your own customers and partners: on paid plans only, not during the trial — up to 200 recipients a day.
